Astro Jump of Metro DC has an extremely flexible and forgiving cancellation policy. We have it this way because we do not like to make money unless we have brought fun to your party. As such, we do not hold you responsible until we start incurring costs to bring you the party. We have calculated that to be by 12:00 noon the day before your event.


Here is our cancellation policy: We deliver rain or shine. If you choose to cancel your party for whatever reason, you must do so by 12:00 noon the day before in order to receive a full refund. If you call after that time, you will forfeit the 20% deposit we collect but still be eligible to roll your party over to another event this calendar year. If under this circumstance you have paid in full for your event, we will refund you 80% of the total amount collected. If you decide to cancel after we have arrived at your house then the full amount is due.

Regardless of if you rent a bounce house, moon bounce combo, waterslide or any other of our inflatables, our cancellation policy remains the same. Regardless of if your rental is in Virginia, Maryland or DC, the cancellation policy remains the same. It is set up this way to allow you the most time possible to make a decision because of looming bad weather without taking a penalty. We have calculated that at 12:00 noon the day before we start to incur costs for your rental, which is why this is our cut-off time for receiving a full refund.

Your children’s safety is our # 1 priority and Astro JumpĀ® has always taken extra steps to provide the cleanest equipment for your celebrations. In addition to our usual warehouse equipment scrubbing, we are disinfecting upon delivery and again at pick-up to protect your family and our wonderful employees.
