As the owner of Astro Jump of Metro DC, I spend my time looking at the various aspects of the business to determine why customers both new and old come to Astro Jump. Depending on when you ask me and what I am doing at the time, I may even give you a different answer. Ultimately, people want a moon bounce company that is going to show up at their party and provide them with a nice and clean inflatable. We do this, but today I want to focus not on our service which starts with our excellent customer service staff and ends with our delivery drivers, but on our inventory. Both of the former reasons ultimately will make or break our ability to provide the best experience for the easiest party ever, but our inventory alone makes it difficult to choose another company.
In learning the industry and the different types of companies out there, I think it is fair to say that Astro Jump has the largest inflatable inventory collection in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. While we can’t have everything on the market, we are close when it comes to inflatables. For bounce houses, we have options ranging from the most basic castle moon bounce to over 60 different cartoon, character, and hobby options to choose from. We chose to do it this way rather than have a lot of plain moon bounces so that no matter what the party was about, we could have something to offer our customers. As such, this incredible variety we offer is available in not only a standard bounce house style of inflatable, but also with obstacle courses and moon bounce combos (slide included).
Having an inventory as large as ours enables us to offer both a party rental in almost any theme you can think of as well as last minute rentals to our customers. While it is always a better idea to plan ahead for your party or event, sometimes the weather is looking good for the weekend and you just want to have people over for a cookout. Our large inventory enables us to cater to many last minute rentals. When you combine this inventory with our accommodating staff, it’s almost never too late to rent a moon bounce, cotton candy machine or other inflatable party rental.
