Inflatable Movie Screen Rentals
Astro Jump of DC, Virginia (VA) and Maryland (MD) is the DC area leader in “things you jump on,” much of the time known as moonbounce rentals. Over the years we have discussed some of the novelty rentals we offer, including outdoor laser tag games, mechanical bulls and human foosball. Today we are going to discuss one of our other novelty rentals, the inflatable movie screen.
The inflatable movie screen has a screen that is 9 feet tall and about 16 feet wide. The screen itself starts at about 5 feet off the ground, so the whole item itself is about 14×16 feet. With the movie screen comes an Astro Jump attendant who will set up the audio visual equipment and administer the movie. Aside from the screen the inflatable movie rental package comes with a state of the art sound system that is able to project event quality sound over huge distances. The blu ray player and projector can project any video from the favorite Disney movies to the superbowl. Furthermore, if you consider yourself a “gamer” and want to play the newest Call of Duty video game on the big screen, we can do that as well. Whichever form of entertainment you choose, we will set up and administer for the 4 hour rental.
The movie screen rental only works at night or in low light conditions. As you can imagine, if the lights were on the next time you go to the theatres it wouldn’t quite be the same. Our movie screen is really no different. In the dark you can expect a high quality audio visual experience; in the light, you might choose another activity.
We rent our inflatable movie screen to a wide range of customers. Parents planning a birthday party sleepover with friends will get the movie screen as the main show for the birthday party. Homeowner’s associations and churches seeking to provide activities for their community will rent the movie package for a community night on the lawn. Some people work with our event planners to schedule weekly showings in their community during a set time period, usually in the summer months. These arrangements are like the “Screen on the Green” events shown on the National Mall in Washington DC on Monday nights in the summer, only smaller.
