Catapult Carnival Game Rentals
In addition to the wide line of bounce houses, moonbounce combos, waterslides and other sports inflatable rentals offered at Astro Jump, we also have a huge line of carnival game rentals. Most of the time these games are rented through party packages that will include with the carnival game at least one inflatable and a concession rental like a cotton candy or popcorn machine. Our carnival and package game inventory has been designed to cater to every age group. Over the next few blog posts we will explore these different styles of games and discuss for whom they are most appropriate.
The catapult carnival games are amongst our most popular of game rentals. We classify these games as “package games” because when you choose to reserve a party package, any of the games within this category may be chosen without changing the price of the pre-made package deal. While prices of games in this category do vary slightly if you were to rent one outside of a party package, within a party package they are all treated as equals. If instead you choose a larger game, like the ones listed in our “carnival games” section of the website, the prices vary depending on the game rental and affect the party package price.
We have a number of different catapult package game rentals available. With all of these games, the goal is to launch an object into a hole in the accompanying graphic with the catapult. With some of these games you use a mallet to do the launching, with others the goal is to stomp on the catapult to send the object flying. These catapult carnival games are a lot of fun and very popular for birthday parties and events like church festivals.
Froggy Fly Fling is our original catapult game and very popular for younger children. With this game, children use the mallet to launch an insect (plastic of course, not real!) into the frogs mouth on the graphic. The graphic is attached to a metal frame that is about 5’W by 6’T. Stand by and watch as children launch insects all over the place and hopefully, into the frogs mouth!
Swashbuckler is another popular Astro Jump catapult frame game. Conceptually the game is the same, but in this case children stomp on the catapult sending the toy cannon ball flying towards the evil pirate ship. Pirates are always a popular theme at moonbounce parties and this game often times is rented along with our pirate themed moonbounces, the buccaneer pirate ship moonbounce combo, or as part of our Pirates Adventure party package. Launch the toy cannon ball into the target holes on the pirate ship and win!
Our last frame game that is new to the Astro Jump game inventory this year is called “Furious Fowl.” If you click on the link to see the picture, it will probably ring a few bells as to how similar it is to the popular video game Angry Birds. With this catapult game, children stomp on the catapult to send the furious fowl towards the graphic. Like with the other catapult carnival game rentals, the goal is to launch the birds into the various holes on the target. Make them all and win!
In conclusion, there is something fun about catapult games. Launching things towards various targets is fun and doing it with a mallet or even the stomp of your foot is fun.
