A Great Mobile Laser Tag Party

Fall is a popular time for outdoor laser tag and we have been busy! I am writing today to share with you stories from a great outdoor laser tag event Astro Jump held recently at an indoor facility in Rockville, Maryland. Most of the time our outdoor laser tag parties take place in back yards or parks, but every now and then we will be invited to run laser tag games at indoor locations like the hotels at the National Harbor or the sports complex in Rockville, Maryland.

This particular laser tag party was a select group of friends all from the same school in Bethesda, Maryland. The birthday boy LOVES laser tag and this year was Astro Jump’s second year in a row of bringing laser tag games to him. As you can see from the picture, the indoor playing field made a perfect venue for setting up a challenging laser tag arena.

Furthermore, with fewer than 10 players at the party (and a hidden father sniping from a far off field!), we had the flexibility and attention of the kids to run some really creative games. During the two hour party we probably played around 15 games of all different types. Team elimination is always the crowd favorite and usually everyone’s game of choice, but this time we had the time and organization to play games of Capture the Flag, Generals, and even a free-for-all last man standing. All contestants left tired from a long day of laser tag and with their very own Astro Jump laser tag dog tag.
