Why Astro Jump DC, VA & MD Doesn’t List Prices
Astro Jump of Metro DC, VA and MD’s website displays all of our several hundred rental items available. With so much to choose from it can sometimes be overwhelming to navigate through. Our usage statistics through Google Analytics show that our customers spend a great deal more time on our website than other websites across the internet as they search for the perfect moonbounce rental for their party. With so much to choose from, it can take a while to find the perfect rental. For this reason, among others, we try to encourage all people planning their child’s birthday party, school or church event, office party and neighborhood block parties to give us a call. Our event planners have helped thousands of customers plan parties. No matter what you are trying to plan, we are the professionals here to help you free of charge plan the perfect party.
Fairly often we receive the question of why don’t we list our prices on the website. Here is why:
1) We want to help you plan the perfect party. We are professional event planners. If you tell us about your party, we can make suggestions to you of items that will work well for your event. Our goal is not to up-sell you but rather to make sure you get the perfect moonbounce, waterslide or obstacle course rental for your event.
2) Have you ever seen an inflatable? They’re huge!!!!! A 1×1 inch picture on your computer screen or mobile phone HARDLY does the inflatable justice. It also makes it extremely difficult to determine who should be using the inflatable. For example, we regularly get calls from customers about the Animal Kingdom moonbounce combo who want to rent it for their 10 year olds birthday party. While it is sometimes heartbreaking when we inform them that the Animal Kingdom is only for children 5 and younger, it is much better to have this conversation than to receive the inflatable and have it clearly be too small for your guests. It is a good idea to look through the website before calling us just to have an idea of what we offer, but please call us before getting too excited about a rental so that we can make sure it will work well for your party.
3) We do not want price to be the first determining factor for any party. If you tell us your budget, we will find something that will work for your party that you can afford. If we have our prices listed, you will either be thrilled or shocked by the price. This emotion will lead you to either call us excited to book or have you exiting the site angrily. We will work with your budget. If you call us, we will help you find something perfect for your event within your budget. Remember, the site is huge, so hundreds of possibilities are out there. When you call us we can walk you through different sections of the website that are the most pertinent to your party. Planning the perfect party for you is our goal.
We apologize if you are bothered by us not posting our prices. We are not the most expensive rental company in the Washington DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland area, but we are not the cheapest either. We do provide the absolute best service, best inflatable, and overall best party planning experience in the area. We want to help you plan the perfect party.
